A’Naturally Pristine Nail Spa is a professional high quality nail-care service salon.  Our staff focus is the health and safety of our clients.  We offer a fume-free atmosphere, non-toxic polish, organic skin care products for all manicure/pedicure services and single-use disposable implements for each client.  We welcome each client into our relaxing at-home environment and all services are provided by a trained licensed nail technician. We have the right to decline service(s) to any client; (e.g. anything contagious, fungal infections, open infected wounds, blood clots and high risk diabetic patients ) referral can be given upon request.  If you are receiving a pedicure we ask that you do not shave your legs 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

Deposit Required
A 50% deposit is not required to secure your appointment.  However, if you fail to show up for your appointment a 50% deposit will be required and applied toward your service. The deposit is required to secure your appointment, to show courtesy for the nail technician’s schedule, and to ensure a higher availability of services for you and as well as other customers. You have the option to prepay for the entire service to save time upon completion and to avoid carrying cash. All prepayments will receive a 5% discount off the highest service. The economy is changing and our goal is to be a non-cash nail spa to protect our clients, staff and deter any criminal activity. We will accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal. Please note if you use a credit card or debit card, at time of service we will request your ID to protect your identity and inhibit fraud. No credit card information will be kept on file.

Cancellation & No Show Policy 
As a courtesy to the staff and other customers, we request that all cancellation be made within 24-hours prior to your service.  If the appointment isn’t cancelled a 50% deposit will be required to book a future service.  If you fail to show up for your appointment your 50% deposit will be forfeited.  As a one-time courtesy, we understand emergency situation do happen and therefore; we will offer a one-time emergency cancellation appointment. 

Guarantee of Work
If you are not completely satisfied with your nails, please make us aware of your concerns. We will make the necessary corrections to your satisfaction or remove any polish or enhancements that have been applied. If you are still not satisfied, we will provide you with a refund via your original form of payment. Please note no refunds will be given after you have left the nail spa on the day of service. No-Chip manicures are guaranteed for 5 days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement, notice chipping or lifting within 5 days, please call and send us a picture. We will reschedule a free repair for that particular nail or service. Regular polish or Non-Toxic polish services are not guaranteed.

If you become ill with a virus, common cold, strep throat or any contagious medical issue we ask that you reschedule your appointment.  We cannot perform any services on you that may endanger your health, the staff or our clients’ health. We will do everything to accommodate you once you have recovered. 

Diabetic Patients
If you are a diabetic, we want to assure you that we are a safe nail salon and you can trust your feet with our staff.  We strictly enforce our diabetic pedicure process and will not make any changes to the process for your protection.  We will perform the pedicure using only Footlogix © foot care line.  Footlogix © is one of the top leading foot care line that has pharmaceutical grade ingredients to meet clients with troubled skin condition of the feet.  We ask that when you book your appointment please inform the receptionist you are a diabetic.  It is extremely imperative that you inform us so we can take the proper precautions to protect you doing your service.  If you a first time client, we ask that you have medical clearance from your physician for our records to protect your health.

Cell Phone Use
In order to avoid nail contamination, nail service interruptions, and you running late for your engagement. We ask that your phone be placed on vibrate and all calls be taken after your services have been completed, emergency calls are an exception. We want you to relax and enjoy your nail spa experience.  You can request a quiet service where the nail technician will only speak with you regarding your service preferences and satisfaction. 

As a safety measure for our clients and staff the nail spa is monitored and all surveillance activity is automatically stored in the cloud. If you leave the salon intentionally and fail to pay for your service(s), we will pursue prosecution for theft of services. Weapons are prohibited in the nail salon; unless you are law enforcement personnel with valid credentials. No hoodies allowed and all head covering and sunglasses must be removed before entering salon.

At Home Nail Maintenance
Apply cuticle oil and a good hand cream to your hands after every wash.

If you received a traditional manicure, we ask that you use hand gloves when washing dishes and gardening.

We recommend that you apply a top coat (traditional manicure) to your nails at least twice a week for a longer wear and to prevent chipping and don't forget to seal your edges.

Client Loyalty Program
Clients that have been with A’Naturally Pristine Nail Spa for at least one year and a minimum of 2 or more services per month will automatically qualify for our free Birthday Spa package.  The Spa package includes a pristine deluxe pedicure and manicure that can be redeemed on your birthday or within your birthday month. (ID Confirmation required)

No Children Allowed
For the safety of children and the comfort of our customers; children aren’t allowed unless being serviced.
